With community building being such a huge trend, what have you found most helpful to monetize a niche community? Idea: A niche job board (built on Niceboard in 10mins & for free) #1 adds value to your members by sharing niche jobs #2 you earn money for each job post

right now i have a newsletter with around 100 people -- i've decided to just keep providing value over time and maybe monetize when it's much larger

@entreeden Same here. I have a bit more than 100 followers. I want it to grow and provide value for them. Later on I will try to monetize. Right now focus is on growing and keeping open/click rates without dropping
