Tools for automate user messaging

Hey everyone, I am looking for tools that allow sending messages to users based on data. The ideal one would be a lightweight version of customer.io. Specifically: - Define logic scenarios to trigger messages - Email and In-app channels - Basic stats - Segment users based on funnel stage What do you guys use out there?
