I would love to know how you all deal with all the balls that you are currently juggling at the same time. Whether its work, kids, family, friends, life in general etc... How are we all dealing with this and what coping mechanisms are you using. How do you prioritise? Look forward to your comments below and feel free to reach out for any help needed on PHπŸš€πŸ˜‰ We are a team!

Although I'm quite new to it, I really found that using my journal on a daily basis has really helped me - not only with the mental health balance stuff but prioritising so many other things. On top of trying to manage my day to day business, I'm trying to launch a new platform, be the best partner I can to my fiance, be present in my nephews lives and be a good friend. I've really started to set strict rules around what is work time and me time (it doesn't always work!) and when I do manage to keep that in check, it massively helps - I was such a cynic when it came to journals (Who was I, Bridget Jones?) but now they are elevating my productivity and ball juggling almost daily.

Lists & dedicated time to each different activities. There's a ted talk that motivated me about this but I can't seem to find it... Basically I have a spot in my calendar for everything from work to planned free time. As time goes on it gets easier and I don't have to look at my calendar ALL the time to make sure that I use up the free time.

Agreed with Marie, lists and more lists. It's also a practise to not let the amount of work overload you, mentally or physically. Takle it all in your stride, one at a time. This is why we building a marketplace for MS Loop templates. To help the millions of Microsoft users streamline their days a little more. Kinda Like 'Notion for the masses' :) Have a look: https://www.producthunt.com/prod...

Juggling all these balls feels like debugging code on a Monday morning - chaotic but manageable with the right balance of priority setting and deep breathing exercises! How do you keep your juggling act in check?

Checking in: Do you actually have a lot of things happening all the time or is a lot of it mental chatter, Keith?

@keith_kadima_digital See if this book helps you navigate this. "Chatter: The Voice in Our Head" by Ethan Kross A coach had recommended this to me. And it has helped me somewhat.
