As GenZ is entering the workforce, we Millenials become the new old people. Do you know your emojis, or do you accidentally insult your younger colleagues? And if so, what's the new 👍?

The option I'd guess is not here, I think it's the universal OK emoji without seeming as cold as OK happens to sound

@franziska_kroll oh absolutely and my mind immediately triggers the second option when I see that response - "Do they hate me?", "Did I do something wrong?", "Should I follow up with a smiling face?". But I don't seem to realize that they may probably think the same when I send that to them.
