We are building a AI solution to help startups to engage and support customers. Here is our website, feel free to try it by yourself: https://www.dearai.online/ We are a group of builders/engineers and have no experience of marketing SaaS. Is there any tip for us? How could we acquire first 10 customers?

A Product hunt launch would be a good start. Just follow this Product Launch Action Template V2. It seems to be a product well suited for small start-ups, so being active on IndieHacker can help you. Most people there are also builders, so you shouldn't feel too out of place.

1. Create a proto-persona that you think will benefit the most of your product. 2. Build a list of 1000-2000 prospects matching the persona (or use an agency that will make it quicker) 3. Reach out to them massively, and ask them how do they cope with (pain point your product solves), and if they'd be interested in a chat to see how your product solves that pain point. 4. Talk to them, and try to understand their business, and problems as much as possible. Note as much as possible to gather feedback. Later I'd focus on BOFU content, and perhaps an ad campaign to try to reach in-market buyers for such a solution like yours.
