What are the must do, must not do & better practices for community management when it comes to interact with users in public forum of any particular product?

1) Reply promptly. This assures your users you are there to not just solve their queries but also help them with their goals with your product. 2) Share useful resources, updates, and relevant information about the product to keep users informed. Build in public if possible. 3) Take feedback seriously. If possible, get deeper into feedback and update the product accordingly. Here is a thing. Not all feedback is valid. 4) Host events. Not just about the product. Could be breezy ones. Get to know each other. Don't just build a group of users. Build a community out of them. Hope this helps!
