Monday - Meetings and organizing the prior 1 and 2 for the team and myself. This will help guide everyone toward the same goal. Update your Monday.com or Clickup.
Tuesday - Internal management catch-ups and tackling prior 1 and inbox mass actions.
Wednesday - Operations and no meetings!
Thursday - 1-on-1s and personal development meetings. I also like to add a quick catch-up meeting of 15 minutes so any roadblock gets sorted out.
Friday - Slack/Teams conversations and if no critical matter then blocking time for any learning/course.
How do you organize yours? :)

Ah, my week's choreography is like a finely tuned code - Mondays for team sync, Tuesdays for inbox wrangling, Wednesdays like a meeting-free oasis, Thursdays for those crucial 1-on-1s, and Fridays for tech talk and a side of learning. How about injecting some AI into your schedule dance?

Hey @alexdigitalmkt, your weekly organization looks super efficient! 😄 I love the idea of having a no-meeting day on Wednesday; it must give you a great focus time! For me, I usually start with high-priority tasks on Monday, keep mid-week for collaborative work, and then wind down with personal projects and learning on Friday. Your method for quick catch-ups on Thursday to clear roadblocks is awesome too! 😍 How long have you been following this routine?

@alexdigitalmkt I might just steal your routine. Specially the No meetings day. Somehow no matter how much I try, something always comes up 😅😁
Specially now that Launch Day is coming near. 🙈
