The power of research and preparation before launching

So I launched my product today, I am a first-timer on PH and wasn't quite up to speed on how it all works. I guess I thought that after launch you could ask for hunters to support you - but clearly, that's not the way it works. Oops! Live and learn!! The irony is that after just a few outreach messages I got a couple of well-placed hunters with a good following that agreed to hunt me. Sheesh! Anyway, note to self, research and preparation is clearly vital and if anyone has tips or would like to share their own experience I'd love to hear them :) And the product if anyone is interested to know more about it is a productized unlimited content service.
