Authentic testimonials are like golden nuggets for building trust and connecting with users. Video testimonials add a personal touch; seeing someone talk about their experience feels more real, but well-written ones can be powerful too.

Testimonials now days need to also have full name and photo so they have a more authentic feel. I don’t generally click on video testimonials but would if it was more of a walkthrough video
