Happy Friday, everyone! Today was a pretty long work week for me. Planning to take it easy this weekend by binge-watching anime and doing pilates 😁 How does everyone here relax after the long work week before they get ready for another long week at work? 🤣 Any hobbies or activities in mind? Feel free to share!

Get into nature. We are living such unnatural lives behind phone, laptop, tablet, and TV screens. Seeing green literally calms the brain. Being near water provides negative ions, which uplift the spirit and provide a refreshing feeling. Hiking keeps you toned/healthy, produces endorphins, and a feeling of accomplishment. It also provides inspiration for your start up -- many people get ideas while hiking. Finally nature helps with depression and also helps to get away from any negative issues or challenges you're facing and can't seem to solve in your business. You often need time away to come back to your startup with new eyes, and nature helps massively with this.
Happy Friday! Here are a few ideas for relaxing on the weekends: Spend time with loved ones. Go out for dinner, watch a movie, or just hang out and chat. Get outdoors. Go for a walk, hike, or bike ride. Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

Weekends are my time to unwind as well. After a long work week, I like to strike a balance between relaxation and staying active. I usually kickstart my weekend with a visit to the gym for a good workout to release all that pent-up stress and energy. But here's the real treat – I discovered this amazing Thai massage technique during my trip to Tokyo, called 御徒町 タイマッサージ. It's unlike any massage experience I've had before. The skilled therapists use a unique combination of techniques that left me feeling completely rejuvenated.
