Salesforce is said to be the best CRM solution. Do you guys agree?

Honestly, in today's date with many alternatives available in the market I do not think Salesforce is the best CRM solution for businesses, especially for SMEs. There are some all-inclusive CRM's available mot like EQUP that offers comparable features at a lower costs.

in a podcast i remember odoo founder said salesforce has tapped nearly ~10% market only, and odoo itself tapped somwhere around 3%, now i don't think i need to give further explaination

Launching soon!
First-hand feedback - I don't agree about SF. Not user-friendly, lacks basic functionalities, support team tries but can't fix all problems because of lack of product capability. Cannot discuss on it further. HubSpot's CRM is good. Neat, has all basic functionalities, support team helps. There are many others -- just depends upon your exact functionality need, technical compatibility and budget.
