One of the activities which help us is to conduct casual catchup where the team shares the work update for the last 2 weeks & the impact of that work on company growth followed by games & snacks.
What do you follow?

Launching soon!
Travel with your team/co-founders.
Our morale was drastically down last year after which my co-founder and I decided to work from Goa, India for a few weeks.
Well those few weeks our productivity didnβt improve much haha, but it gave us the boost to get back to the drill.
Cut to end of year we are working on a new pivot.
We are now launching it soon on PH (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...), it is an app builder for Notion.

Use a productivity monitoring tool like DoTeam (https://getdoteam.in). Disclaimer... I built it.

Joint games. Both on the same team and against each other.

I'd say if they're the right people, give them freedom. Study the benefits of 4-day work week, and let them own a project.
For that, it's essential you know them well. Take the team off-site, book some nice cottage in the mountains, and work for a week from there, while having casual evenings, hiking, sauna, whatever :)

Neverinstall
At Neverinstall 2.0, we play badminton at least once a week to keep the team energetic. Setting targets and milestones really helps. Also, make the team feel like their work matters a lot.
We are just starting, but for example since we are all remote our intern did they first deploy to live today, so after it we each opened a beer and drank online.
We are trying to do small things to make sure everyone is at ease and feels part of the team.
