Cold emails with a super personalized video intro worked surprisingly well for us! Especially for high value B2B leads. Felt a bit cringe to record those videos at first, but the response rates don't lie. Just keep 'em short, relevant and not too salesy. Anyone else finding success with personalized video outreach?
