1) TALK Less: Let the customer talk 70% of the time. 2) HOW? ask open ended question because only that will make the prospect talk. You should ask at least 30 questions. 3) PAUSE: don't be afraid of pauses. do them because this gives the prospect and you time to think 4) Have clear next steps after the meeting 5) Track your progress I always track my meetings with the software we build. we are always looking for testers. so if you are interested, let me know.
