Howdy!
I'm interested to know how and why you decided to base your company where it is?
When starting up and incorporating, did you consider an international structure or did you think that developing a structure which changes your tax burden is irrelevant? Or indeed, only an option for huge companies?

You can always migrate with your project. In the age of the Internet and social networks, it seems to me it doesn't matter where you start

@rosssaris I can't say that I agree, because depending on where you start up you're going to have different taxes and reporting reporting requirements.
