I've found going broad with your ICP and not niching down to gain focus was the most painful lesson. Our current launch of inorbit.io is directly focussing on internal and external collaboration of teams. This has helped us to greatly narrow in on the problem and values we're bringing to the world.

Check out our current launch (https://www.producthunt.com/post...) on how we have niched down our ICP to those who work with external teams.

Oh, my biggest mistake? Thinking I could survive on coffee and three hours of sleep a night during launch phase! Overcoming it meant embracing the magical power of power naps and the wonders of meal prepping. Lesson learned: even startups need well-rested superheroes, not sleep-deprived zombies!
