Are surveys and voting with the participation of a significant number of participants an effective or potentially effective tool for your startup? Whould you like to users being envolved in creation of product and how would it help or interfere ?

I think actions speak louder than words and observing user behaviours and analysing patterns of irregularity when using your product can be way more insightful compared to fluff words.

nope. apple doesn't use surveys or focus groups. they do pretty well
Your potential customers and users for 100% should be a part of your product cause they give you the feedback to build a POC or MVP that will be used by them. However, I would recommend using interviewing and meetings for speaking to the market and customers instead of surveys and voting.
