How do you find the time and organize yourself to balance work, building a product and sport practice ? What's your plan ?

I try to go to the gym as often as possible, but I have to admit that I often forget

Are you more a morning gym or evening (or lunch) gym person ?

In winter I play hockey, so it's two times training in the evening and two games at the weekend. In summer I like to do different things, like gym, running, mountain biking, swimming. Most of the time I also do it in the evening, to get a balance to the long days of sitting in the office.
