I would say start solo, then build team along the way

I think for healthier work environment, Team
@samirrashed In this case, the main thing is not to make a mistake in selecting a team.

A simple question for FirstHR :) The team, of course.

TBH, I like both scenarios as soon as I can do it simultaneously.
I need team because there are many cool ideas from those great people who are able to share them and I can train my interpersonal skills.
I need my projects as well because I build my discipline to be dedicated to something.
It complements each other and this is how it works for me.
@busmark_w_nika You take the best of each option :)

@nidhish_bhavsar I'm curious to know, what was your product? After all, not all products can be started from scratch alone.
@nidhish_bhavsar agree!
@nidhish_bhavsar Classic way. Agree.

Depends. If you're scaling then obviously team, if just testing something out then solo.
@arindam_vaidya Start as a solo player and then build a team.
A team can be helpful in reducing your workload, but if you're just starting out and not earning a significant amount, it's better to remain a solopreneur.
@hritik_choudhary Step by step.
@hritik_choudhary I agree
I think it’s all about balance. Starting solo helps with focus, but as the vision grows, bringing in a team is essential to scale and tackle bigger challenges.

@raymond__moore8 I completely agree about the scaling. But sometimes the balance is not at the beginning of the solo journey. Some people have the product, some have the development.
@raymond__moore8 I believe that when a business grows, it is impossible to grow without a team.
Honestly, it depends on the project. If it’s small, I like working solo because it gives me the flexibility to move at my own pace and learn every part of the process from start to finish.
That said, I’ve realized you can’t go far without a team. Collaborating with others brings fresh perspectives, and dividing tasks helps get things done faster. Plus, there’s always something to learn from teammates.
Overall, I’d say I prefer working in a team—it’s more dynamic, and you get mentorship and new ideas you might not have considered on your own.
@charisliao It's definitely more fun in a team.
Solo for now. Maybe a remote- and async-first team later.
I learn towards team work because brainstorming with others always brings fresh ideas. It’s fun collaborating.
@conor_thomson The team always brings new ideas, this is really a very strong advantage of the team over solo.
I prefer to team. A great team can really make the projects better and lead to better results. You can also learn different professional skills from different teammates.
I prefer working solo. It gives me full control over the direction of the product.
