I recently learned a strat for twitter growth. Its kind of lengthy but in a nutshell, you should post at least twice a day, engage with and reply to at least 10-15 other users a day, share valuable content that is easy to share, and link back to free resources or your services as much as possible

@maaneesh_p a tactic that I recently heard of and tried out is that you need to identify influencers in your niche and every time they post something, try to be one of the earleist upvoters or commenters. Do this for a few weeks and the influencers + their community will recognize you and see that you're contributing in a valuable way which might be beneficial to create new leads
