Micromanagement and micro-understanding are two very different things IMHO. Where Micromanagement leads to weakness and micro-understanding to A-HA moments and better coaching.     I am also looking up to create a business a brand that anyone can be part of. It has a name and a logo that people remember. Job is, I am always doing.
