Slack in all startups, Teams in all enterprise companies.

Slack all day any day. It’s not an amazing comparison because Teams is more akin to Zoom but Slack is more akin to Something like WhatsApp etc. because it’s all about messages and sharing information across the organisation whereas Teams is about communication by Video and DMs.

For Jobsolv, we use Slack. I have heard too many horror stories of IT departments forcing people onto Teams because of bundle pricing and then regretting it. Slack helps you build a better startup culture

Slack, anyday. I have no idea why all the big organizations are into teams.

Hey there! As a tech enthusiast and someone who's been knee-deep in the startup and agency world, I've had my fair share of experience with both Slack and Microsoft Teams. In my humble opinion, it really comes down to the specific needs and dynamics of your team. Slack is great for its user-friendly interface and extensive integrations, while Microsoft Teams offers a seamless experience for those already in the Microsoft ecosystem. Personally, I've found that Slack works better for smaller, more agile teams, while Microsoft Teams shines in larger companies with a focus on collaboration within the Microsoft suite. At the end of the day, it's all about what works best for your team and your workflow. So, which one do we use? Well, let's just say we like to keep things interesting and use both! What about you? Which one gets your vote? Cheers, Gurkaran Singh
