Should I put my product in the Coming Soon section?

Hey everyone, I am launching my product next Wednesday, and I am debating whether to put it in coming soon section. Does this actually have an impact. And why do some products have a much higher waitlist then others, do people promote their waitlist, that just sounds crazy. My product is a solution for chatgpt copywriting. since, lets face it, Chatgpt is a chatbot not an AI copywriter.

Hi Sofe, You can put your product in the comming soom section and you should also use social media for getting high score

We have used the Coming Soon feature for both of our past two launches — I think it’s great for visibility and love the “launching soon” banner that gets attached to your profile!
Hey Sofe, I do think it is best to have a "coming soon" page. It's comparable to having a "trailer" for a movie - it's a way to build hype and gain those first few followers who can potentially upvote and give feedback on the day of the launch. As @kyrio mentioned, it also comes with the "launching soon" badge that shows up beside your name whenever you contribute or post in discussions - users who see this and are curious can instantly follow your page merely by hovering over that badge.

It's surely better to create the Coming Soon page. However, you'd better not rely on it as an ultimate solution to help you secure more support on the launch day. But yes, it's great for visibility.
