Running ReachExt K.K. for the past 3+ years and seeing it growing better than my expectations when I started it, I went for a side-project https://www.employmentjapan.com/.
The idea was to offer a cost-effective solution to companies )while assisting professionals) for the following pain areas:
1) Huge demand-sully gap in tech opportunities and available talent pool in Japan because of the aging and declining population - and fast-growing software eco-system.
2) Japanese multinationals in all developed and developing countries also need Japanese-speaking talent in the respective countries.
