I will start with this:
Most insecurities and fears holding me back are only in my head!

That's a great insight.
How'd this aha moment emerge for you?
How do you deal with your insecurities and fears?

@mohammad_elzahaby Thanks for sharing, Mohammad!
This is a great example of challenging a fear.
For me, I do a lot of self-reflection and inner work using a few different negative self-talk and limiting belief tools that work well for me and my clients.
I also do Internal Family Systems therapy every week with a skilled IFS coach/therapist. This form of therapy has been THE best I've ever experienced - especially helpful to creative and entrepreneurial people I believe.
@jefffajans when I was lately at an Event all alone. Usually when I go somewhere I have a friend with me but this year I started to learn doing stuff alone. Initially I was afraid of going there. Thought how would I look like when I am alone there, how will people think of me when I try to talk to them. And so on. Finally I decided to go there and it was a really good decision. I met a few new People sadly nothing lasting but I made really awesome expierences and it disproved my fears.
so how about you?
