You know, I never thought I'd say this, but a second monitor for my computer has really boosted my productivity – it's easier to manage different tasks and windows.
Zoe Stetsenko
@kathrynh_33 yeah, true story! At first I resisted having a second monitor for a long time, thinking that it was unnecessary. but how wrong I was when I noticed that it accelerated many processes at work and increased my productivity as well

Noise-cancelling headphones have transformed my focus, especially in busy or noisy environments

This might seem weird, but a quality ergonomic chair has done wonders – I'm more comfortable, which has surprisingly had a huge positive effect on my work output.
Zoe Stetsenko
@judiths_44 wow, it's interesting! By the way, I'm also thinking about changing my chair, though primarily because of my posture, but it also makes sense - if I change my chair and spend less time worrying about my posture, my productivity will probably increase many times over:)

My mechanical keyboard has made surfing and researching a lot faster and a fun thing to do. I hated typing on my mac but now it's a treat.
Zoe Stetsenko
@chirag_dodiya I never would have guessed that! you know, it is increasingly said that many apple things are really overrated, and your case once again confirms this... these are unexpected insights!
Noise-cancelling headphones helped me stat focused since I mostly work in coworking spaces 😊

@sandradjajic yes, generally indispensable thing! I sometimes have to hold meetings in the car or at the child's school while waiting for him after class - these handphones really help

Been flying under the radar, but TablePlus has seriously leveled up my data management game. Minimalist design, swift SQL editing, multiple database support – it's the little efficiencies that make all the difference. Makes jumping between projects feel like a breeze, not a hurdle. Worth checking out, especially if you're juggling more SQL than you'd like.
Jacopo Tallini
Google Sheets, way better than any other tool! haha
Zoe Stetsenko
@jacopo_tallini Well, it really is!:) What do you use it for?

Honestly, just Notion AI. We store all our team information in our Notion Teamspace, and Notion AI's ability to generate context based text based on our unique set of data helps a ton! I can quickly draft up job descriptions, follow-up emails and so much more.
Zoe Stetsenko
@ajinkya_bhat Yes, Notion AI really is a wonderful and handy product, but I wouldn't say it's underrated, I think this is a pretty popular solution, which is appreciated by many users:) but I haven't used it yet in cases you describe, your comment has opened up new possibilities for meπŸš€ thanks!
Ajinkya Bhat | Notion X Startups
@zoia_stetsenko I agree! Not underrated anymore! I will be writing about some obscure use cases of Notion AI soon, and will link it here for reference :)

I think Apple Notes. It's super easy to keep writing ongoing thoughts.
