The technique I love the most is if the task takes less than 15 minutes, I'll do those first.

1. Do Only One Task at a Time, and Avoid Multitasking In my experience, multitasking reduces focus and quality. Instead, focus on one task at a time. For example, Focus Booster helps break work into 25-minute focused intervals with short breaks. It has proven helpful for me to stay productive and motivated. 2. Use Efficiency Tools to Simplify Repetitive Tasks and Streamline Daily Workflow I love using iBoysoft MagicMenu: On Mac, it enables quick file management. A simple right-click is all that's needed to create new files, move/transfer/cut files, copy file paths, quickly access items (such as documents, software, and webpages), compress files, find duplicate files, and more. Automate.io: Connects apps (e.g., Gmail, Slack, CRM) to automate workflows and repetitive tasks. Notion: A flexible all-in-one tool for task management, databases, and team collaboration, reducing the need for multiple apps.

If a task takes less than 2 minutes, I do it immediately - but this is what I do if I have a lot of these, I batch all these quick tasks into a dedicated 30-minute 'speed round' twice a day. LIFE SAVER!

I time block my tasks in 2-hour chunks throughout the day based on priority and deadlines. Helps me stay focused and avoid procrastination. Also, I schedule a mid-day break for a quick walk or meditation to recharge. Keeps my mind sharp and energy levels up! πŸ‘ŒπŸ’ͺ

I use Todoist to track all my tasks for the day. In the morning, I spend 10-15 min planning out my priorities and schedule. Then throughout the day, I check things off as I complete them. Seeing progress is motivating and it helps ensure I don't forget anything important. Give it a try!

I’ve been trying recently is using visual timers. I set a timer with a countdown, and seeing the time shrink visually really helps me stay focused and motivated to finish tasks quickly. It’s a small change, but it’s surprisingly effective!
