SEO consultant and freelancer : how many project you handle in a month ?

Currently, I juggling between 
- growing Saas
- SEO freelancer
- running a small retail business

With my activity, as an SEO freelancer, I just can handle 1 SEO project in a month currently.

What about you? how many projects you can handle meanwhile have another job?
