Selecting features? 🧐

As a founder there are many things that confuse me. But the one that has been the most confusing one is selecting what gets added to the tool and what doesn't. There is a lot to go through, a lot of opinions. A lot of reviews. A lot of research. So, I'll ask it straight forward. If you were to use a feedback tool, what features would you like to have?🤔
