Hey Product Hunt community! We're excited to share the NEW homepage of Tiledesk Design Studio with you all π
We've been hard at work to make our user experience even better, and now we want your honest feedback! We believe in the power of community feedback to help us improve.
Our new homepage is designed to communicate our fresh value proposition, centered around streamlining conversations across all digital channels. We've put a lot of thought into this, and now we're ready to hear what you think.

Finally got rid of Roboto and got a classier font, nice!
I see you want to draw attention to the product screenshot under, but hero section needs some space just to avoid for it being just a clutter of words. Give it some air to breathe!
Top right "Sign up" CTA needs a better visual cue, but works just fine.
And finally we're not "Copyright Β© 2022" anymoreβbut you can change that in 2024!

@anatolinicolae you're completely right! we were in a rush for our upcoming PH launch, and we missed some details. we're going to fix the copyright issue soon and be prepared for a new iteration with some air to breathe!

Hi Michele,
I was looking at your site and was generally impressed.
Unfortunately, I am not a design professional. But there was one other thing that I noticed.
There are some spelling mistakes all over the site. Here is an example:
"You can copy a simple script an insert it into your website HTML" -> should say "and".
Also, I can't exactly give you an example for this, but you should have a native speaker check the whole site because the wording is off. Some phrases stand out, in the sense that it is obvious that a non-native speaker wrote it. It's not wrong but it "feels strange" sometimes.

I would love to see some customer testimony videos on the homepages. Also, if you can add an interactive demo like Supademo to your homepage, I am sure you will see good conversion rate of visitors to signup.

I LOVE it! Such a clean design and clear copy.
Hi the website is quite clean and conveys the message properly, but seems it has responsive rendering issues, on a 4k monitor scaled to 2k on MacOS Brave, it doesn't render properly. You might want to check that!

The only feedback I have is maybe adding info on how the automation get triggered? Do you have a data platform they can connect user info and create custom triggers on events?

@david_deisadze great question! automation in tiledesk can be triggered in various ways. here some examples:
- proactive engagement: automation on your website is initiated directly by our engine.
- whatsApp: for whatsApp conversations and broadcasts, we currently use external platforms like customer.io and segment for triggering actions.
- emails and marketing automation/CRM: automation is triggered by actions taken during a conversation.
