For tutorials — I've quickly fallen in love with @cleanshot_app and use it often from creating quick GIFs and other tutorials.

I try to find apps that have a screen recording feature included (ie. Zoom) to make life easier, but when the situation calls for it I always try to find a screen recording app. It's important to have webinars and tutorials available afterward and I think it's become even more relevant with Covid-19.
