Really depends on the stage of your product, early stages definitely quality - you want to have a great relationship and alignment between your product and their needs. Later stages I feel it becomes much more numbers driven!

In my opinion, there's no definitive answer here. It all depends on the product. If it's mass market or predominantly B2C, then quantity matters. But if you're selling something unique or complex products for B2B, then quality is more important.
