SaaS where you store "text blurbs" - like componentized text? Can't remember what's it called!

Saw this SaaS on PH a while ago, but can't rememeber what it is called. You can use it to store approved text, like product descriptions. It is like a single source of truth for text blurbs for products or interface. Anybody know what it is called?
