Prices def need to be clear upfront. Nobody wants surprise charges later! One hack I use is having tiers with diff limits instead of features - feels less scammy if I can use core features on any tier. And trials help too so I can make sure it's worth my $$ before committing long-term.

I think subscription fatigue is definitely real for some customers, especially if pricing isn't transparent or they don't feel they're getting good value. Being super clear about what's included in each tier and giving options to pay annually vs monthly can help a lot. Also focusing on delivering real value that's a no-brainer for the price. Curious what others have found works well to reduce churn in SaaS!

I have noticed subscription fatigue as well. Regularly refreshing your offering and keeping communication transparent can help retain customers.

Being transparent about pricing and what each tier includes has really helped me. When I know exactly what I’m getting for my money, it feels like a better deal and I’m less likely to get tired of subscriptions.

I think it is a real thing. Maybe it makes sense to move the focus away for monthly subscriptions to a longer term engagement such as e.g. annual payment.
