Sales and Marketing are the lifeblood of any business. Grant Cardone stated that even if you do not like it, it is something that you need to know, otherwise how do you know how good the person is that you have employed.

Thanks for the resources. For first-time founders, I also find that Rob Walling has some really good youtube videos and books.

I learned a lot of valuable content marketing lessons from Neil Patel and Jay Baer, they're really one of the biggest players in the industry. Heard of Casey Neistat too. I'm excited to dive into the other channels' content. Thanks for sharing!

It was just not for you, but do you enjoy it? I have fixed feelings on marketing. Great if it means finding and creating what people want. Sleazy if it means using selling tactics. Sometimes I enjoy the fun of writing and creating beautiful of eloquent selling pages. Sometimes I hate it because it feels like begging for attention and like it steals time from creating the product. But even then everybody should learn basic sales skills, be it marketing or some other form of selling, if only because it forces us to see things through the customer's POV.
