Rookie as solopreneur here, what would be your suggestions to me to get started?

Hi this is Lite, I'm learning and trying to become a solopreneur now. Currently I'm working on a small project which I hope that will be launched in a few weeks. So what would be your suggestions to me, in terms of launch, growth, product design, lifestyle, etc. ? Anything would be helping me so much!
