To start the week right, I reflect on last week’s progress, set 2-3 clear priorities, and organize my time around what truly matters. Then, I take a moment for myself—whether it’s a walk, a quiet coffee, or reading something inspiring. Starting with clarity and calm makes all the difference.
Here’s my go-to ritual:
1. Review the upcoming week and set 3 non-negotiable goals.
2. A quick Monday morning workout – clears the mind and sets the tone.
3. Block out time for deep work on the biggest priorities (no meetings allowed).
