I noticed, that I work way more than if I'm at the office. I feel way more guilty if I just make a coffee or some other kind of "break". At the office I feel way more like "I'm at the office anyway so I'm technically working" 😅 Solved it by just setting a timer in the morning and stop when it rings (more or less). But at least I know exactly how much I work and know when I already worked enough.
