Remote versus Hybrid Job

I don't think so. At least for businesses / industry that can produce same result and efficiency with remote set-up.

I think remote/hybrid work is definitely here to stay, a lot of employees don't want to go back to 5 days at the office anymore and would be very dissatisfied otherwise.

I'd prefer a remote job. I think any job that can be done remotely should be done so. haha

No. It will probably stick for a long time if not going to be the new normal.
