Remote, Hybrid or 100% office work... What makes people happier??

All my colleagues are extremely happy at home and do not even think about going back to the office, but I still miss it. Next month we will be doing a flexible hybrid, so the discussions have started.... What do you guys think? Best regards :) Keep safe and healthy!!!
