Red Flags in teams and companies - what are yours?🚩🚩

Ever been part of a team or company where something didn't feel right? Those little signs make you think, "Something's off here!" I'm curious to know what makes other people feel that way😉 For me things that I would notice pretty quickly are when a team's objectives aren't communicated effectively by management, or when projects seem to stagnate without any significant progress for a long time. What sets off your alarm bells?🤔
