Reaching Target Audience/Customer Without Spamming

We have identified a niche that we are interested in exploring (medium-sized companies, 20-100 employees) who are interested in running employee wellness programs. Ideally we would be able to speak with someone from their HR department or employee success, so I was wondering what are some strategies you can use to connect with these people and not be spammy? Things like Reddit are great, but the communities tend to be pretty again market research, so just curious how some of you have achieved similar goals in the past. We are very interested in learning from them and seeing if our platform can provide them value. Thanks!
