Ranking doesn’t work on the Launch day. Support doesn’t respond. Any advice?

Hi Product Hunt community! We are experiencing some issues with ranking. It doesn't seem to work for our product. We have received more upvotes than other products on the May 29 list, yet our product is not included. In the "About this launch" section, the "Day rank" is shown as "-". Even searching doesn’t show our product. Our natural growth is being restricted because of this problem. Regrettably, our messages and emails to support are not getting any responses. Any advice?
