Random Posts vs. Product-Based Posts

I find it quite interesting ๐งhow engagement often flows more easily to random posts on social media, while product-based posts sometimes seem to get overlooked. ๐ญ Itโs a reminder that we all join these platforms to build genuine connections, which can certainly enhance our product engagement. ๐ฅฐ In many ways, social media feels like a marketplace for those of us creating Product.
I wonder if others have had similar experiences. It can take time to turn a regular audience into customers, and thatโs completely understandable. Iโm often surprised by how random topics, like what girls and boys like, can receive millions of views! ๐ I also enjoy random posts occasionally; they can be great entertainment for a little while. But it's nice to balance that with more meaningful content too.
On a positive note, Iโve noticed that posts on Product Hunt are becoming increasingly relevant and informative, ๐๐ผ which is lovely to see. I believe we can all learn from each other's experiences. ๐
What are your thoughts on this? Iโd love to hear your perspectives!

I've found that being consistent on platforms like LinkedIn has really helped build my audience. Mixing up your content keeps things fresh and engaging.

Steering the conversation towards a more interesting direction is a great idea. The current product will be more easily accepted if it is deeply integrated into an engaging scenario.
