The fitness industry was the first to be hit by the pandemic and was forced into a #digitaltransformation. Was the change met by increased consumer demand? I'm also curious to know whether or not a new wellness commitments will stick.
They say it only takes six months to make a habit!

I actually picked up badminton (as we were still allowed out to fitness venues not gyms) and have been playing since! It's extremely gruelling in terms of cardio and it pretty much is a HIIT workout

@brittany_salas Haha indeed! I play around 2 - 3 times a week and started taking classes once a week. Setting myself a goal of winning a D level competition by this year 😂 (i'm a competitive person by nature so a goal like that pushes me to train more LOL)

@brittany_salas I havent tried but I dont think so. I'm able to cross it though 😉 It's an awesome cardio exercise and I cant think of any other better to do duing lockdown
I did start to meditate 10 minutes every morning and do 50 push ups. But I did not train as much as I did before, it was only to keep my body moving and my mind clear 💪
@martin_delobbe1 Wow 50 pushups. That's hard core! Quick question on marketing. Would be attracted to brands that target athletes?

Am I the only one who has given up on every health and wellness routine I previously had? 😅 I just felt I needed to go easy on myself considering the situation.

@brittany_salas No, I don't use. I eat only when it is eating frame i.e. 1PM to 7PM. Other time DON'T eat at all. Water and black coffee is Ok.

I intentionally started to block out some time in my day to exercise using Strava or relax with Headspace - it's way too easy to neglect myself whilst WFH.

Yes, you are absolutely right during the pandemic, lots of time to improve your health. That's why I subscribed to the jumbo channel on YouTube, and I try to practice it twice a day :) Also, supplements help me to maintain my immunity, this is https://www.rishikulherbal.com/ a really good manufacturer. I am sure that it is possible to achieve results only in a complex, so I work on my thoughts as well :)
