I'm thinking of starting a side project: a quarterly index on PM salaries, job satisfaction, and skills.

What tools do you find most effective for users feedback
I prioritize features based on a combo of user impact, dev effort, and strategic alignment. If a feature has high user value, is relatively quick to build, and fits our product vision, it rises to the top of the backlog. Talking directly to customers also helps surface their top pain points and needs. Curious what frameworks others use!
