Pros - Clean space to write with lots of control just a '/' away
Cons - Too much customizations offered by them often becomes a thing that distracts from the main objective of writing. Also often times it becomes hard to search for content in a hierarchy.

Pros: low entry point, you don't need tutorials to find your way of getting things done. Easy to share
Cons: UI is too responsive. Not open-source. Can't be self-hosted.
I have used Confluence all my life. 😅

Creating a roadmap and tracking tasks is not as good as other project management tools like Asana, Monday, and ClickUp. It is the best tool so far for me to create a knowledge base for projects because you can stack pages and navigate easily.

Pros- Great tool for time management, writing down to do lists, journaling, and organising work, brownie points for the sources of free templates!
Cons- Inconvenient for taking down notes or working with spreadsheets/tables, limited collaborative features, not a personal fan of the editing tools.
