Product Manager Role in a PRE PMF startup

I work in a pre-PMF startup as a product manager and it's been an exciting ride but sometimes I struggle with making the right choices in terms of the tasks I should be prioritizing. I would love to open this subject here so we can exchange experiences, good lectures, etc.

What do your choices consist of?
What I've seen so far is that PMs at that stage are all about validating ideas and use cases.
