We started out with a straight paid model and found even at a good price point people wanted to see the product. Because of the AI angle we then fell into an enterprise sales cycle, doing demos, chasing people, long sales cycles for a simple £25/month per user subscription. Our recruitment technology is simple but saves people time on admin and improves decision-making with candidate insights. Our ICP is HR, talent and hiring managers in SMBs. We've changed to a product-led growth strategy giving away a 3 month trial and moving to a self-serve model where people purchase in the app. Our primary outbound method is email using Clay and Smartlead. What other channels are working well for people in a product-led growth strategy?
