The debate between Product-led growth (PLG) and Sales-led growth (SLG) is always there. PLG relies on the product itself to drive user adoption and growth, while SLG focuses on a more personalized, relationship-driven sales approach.
What motion has worked best for you so far, and why? Have you found success with one over the other, or has a hybrid approach worked better?
